FUN to DO ~ Poses are taught with PROPS ~ Blocks, Blankets, Chairs etc.   Props give support when needed, help us learn and make the poses so comfortable you won’t want to come out of them, except there is another pose just as delightful to get into.

EFFECTIVE ~ Because you are doing the pose correctly You derive the BENEFITS of the poses from the very first class, and you will progress as you continue.

YOGA for INDIVIDUAL NEEDS ~ We are able to help students that are in physical therapy, living with asthma, migraines, neck, back, hip or knee pain.  This class offers the student a wonderful opportunity to connect with their own vitality resulting in emotional wellbeing. Everyone can benefit from the focus that comes when the mind follows the body.

The TEACHERS are CERTIFIED ~  Years of rigorous training. They continue to study here, in India and on sabbaticals. The teachers LOVE what they do and want to bring the wonderful experience of Yoga to you. TREE pose - Vrksasana is a balancing pose. Extended Triangle pose- Using the support of a chair student learns to extend and strengthen maintain healthy muscle tone in arms and legs.  Weight of body is balanced so there is never pressure, heaviness or collapse on joints.    Standing poses are weight bearing poses to the bones.   This pose is excellent for anyone concerned with Osteopenia or Osteoporosis.
